Responsibilities For Candidates:-

  • Analyzing the projects requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into documentation.
  • Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.
  • Provides expert and strategic legal advice to management.
  • Works independently while collaborating frequently with the Legal and Compliance department
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Updating/modification of legal policy annexure/State legal policies on on-going basis.
  • Advising on Enforcement of Securities Interest and to help in the litigation matters by giving necessary instructions, documents, etc as may be required by external advocates/solicitors from time to time.
  • Handling compliance issues.
